Faith In The Fields is a Christian faith application that provides Bible reading tools, AI-powered verse explanations, biblical stories, prayer journaling, daily devotionals, reading plans, study tools, and ministry resources. The Service is available in free and paid subscription tiers.
Important: Faith In The Fields uses artificial intelligence to generate certain content, including but not limited to: verse explanations, biblical story retellings, figure biographies, word study definitions, sermon outlines, deep study analyses, and daily devotionals.
While we strive for biblical accuracy and faithfulness to Scripture, AI-generated content is provided as a study aid and educational tool only. It should not be considered a substitute for:

Prices are subject to change. We will notify existing subscribers before any price increase takes effect on their subscription.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing to a paid plan, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We do not store your payment card information on our servers.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the "Manage Subscription" option in your Profile. Upon cancellation:
Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the Service, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription payments already processed. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, or if you are charged in error, please contact us within 14 days and we will review your request and issue a refund where appropriate.
Free trials and promotional offers: If you received a promotional code or free trial, the terms of that promotion will be communicated at the time of redemption. At the end of a promotional period, standard subscription pricing applies unless you cancel before the promotion ends.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI features is provided for your personal use, study, and ministry purposes. You may use AI-generated sermon outlines, study notes, and devotional content in your personal ministry. You may not sell AI-generated content as your own original work.
Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create (prayer requests, verse notes, journal entries). By submitting a prayer request to the community feature, you grant us permission to display it to other users of the Service.
If you use the Sermon Builder or other ministry tools to generate content for sermons, teaching, or public ministry:
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. If we discontinue a paid feature, we will offer prorated refunds or alternative arrangements for active subscribers.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Indiana.
