Welcome to Faith In The Fields. By accessing or using our website and application at faithinthefields.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Faith In The Fields is a Christian faith application that provides Bible reading tools, AI-powered verse explanations, biblical stories, prayer journaling, daily devotionals, reading plans, study tools, and ministry resources. The Service is available in free and paid subscription tiers.
Important: Faith In The Fields uses artificial intelligence to generate certain content, including but not limited to: verse explanations, biblical story retellings, figure biographies, word study definitions, sermon outlines, deep study analyses, and daily devotionals.
While we strive for biblical accuracy and faithfulness to Scripture, AI-generated content is provided as a study aid and educational tool only. It should not be considered a substitute for:
AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, oversimplifications, or interpretive perspectives that differ from your own theological tradition. We encourage you to verify all content against Scripture and consult with trusted spiritual leaders.
We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content, including but not limited to theological conclusions, sermon content delivered to congregations, or life decisions influenced by devotional material.

The amounts above are reference prices in US dollars. The applicable price and currency for your purchase are displayed before checkout; Apple prices may vary by country or region. Prices are subject to change. We will notify existing subscribers before any price increase takes effect on their subscription.
The iPhone app is also licensed under Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
Website subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions purchased through the iPhone app are billed by Apple to your Apple Account. The applicable price, billing period, trial eligibility, and renewal details are shown before you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the provider that bills you. We use RevenueCat to validate Apple purchases, restore subscriptions, and keep account access in sync. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
Cancellation: For a website subscription billed through Stripe, use "Manage Subscription" in your profile on faithinthefields.com. For an Apple-billed subscription, open Settings > your name > Subscriptions on your Apple device, or follow Apple’s cancellation instructions. Deleting the app or your Faith In The Fields account does not cancel an Apple-billed subscription. Upon cancellation:
Website-payment refunds: For payments made through Stripe, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription payments already processed. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, or if you are charged in error, please contact us within 14 days and we will review your request and issue a refund where appropriate.
Apple-payment refunds: Apple handles refund requests for purchases billed by Apple. You can request consideration at reportaproblem.apple.com; eligibility is determined by Apple. See Apple’s refund instructions. Nothing in this policy limits applicable statutory consumer rights.
Free trials and promotional offers: If you received a promotional code or free trial, the terms of that promotion will be communicated at the time of redemption. At the end of a promotional period, standard subscription pricing applies unless you cancel before the promotion ends.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI features is provided for your personal use, study, and ministry purposes. You may use AI-generated sermon outlines, study notes, and devotional content in your personal ministry. You may not sell AI-generated content as your own original work.
Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create (prayer requests, verse notes, journal entries). By submitting a prayer request to the community feature, you grant us permission to display it to other users of the Service.
If you use the Sermon Builder or other ministry tools to generate content for sermons, teaching, or public ministry:
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. If we discontinue a paid feature, we will offer prorated refunds or alternative arrangements for active subscribers.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Indiana.
